TIBETgift, a retail store established in 1998, sells books and related products, mainly on Tibet and Tibetan Buddhism. It is a major supporter of the TIBETcenter Chicago.

Mr. Tashi Phuri is the Managing Partner of TIBETgift. He is also the President of the TIBETcenter Chicago. He is the past Managing Trustee of His Holiness the Dalai Lama`s Charitable Trust, past Director of the Tibetan Medical and Astrological Institute of H.H. the Dalai Lama and the past President of the Tibetan Association of Chicago, and past member of the City of Chicago Mayoral Advisory Council on Asian Affairs.
